(1 Kings 17:22) “The Lord heard Elijah’s cry, and the boy’s life returned to him, and he lived.”

“Can you hear me now?”  “Hello, are you still there?” In a world filled with many different cell phone companies and hundreds of different types of cell phones trying to get good reception can be difficult.  In fact, many times it seems as if you lose reception when you most need it.  The frustration!

But when it comes to communicating with our God the signal is never lost, there is never “no reception,” or “zero bars.”  When communicating with our God you never have to ask, “Hello, are you still there?”

Why?  Because the Lord hears your cries, groans, troubles, hardships, joys, happiness’s, etc.  He never turns a deaf ear, the signal never gets lost, He is never too busy.  Why?  Because He loves you!  He sent His Son to die for you.  And since He has done that He promises to always hear you – to always help you!

Thankful that my God hears all my worries, cares, joys etc., just like He does for you,

Pastor Schumann
