(Romans 11:33) Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!

Have you ever taken a step back from your busy, stressful life and just marveled at how wise your God is?  Have you ever taken time to look at his creation and see how everything works in perfect harmony with everything else?  Have you ever taken a look at the human body and been amazed at how delicate and perfect it is?  It is amazing how you do not have to think about taking a breath every time you need to breathe.  It is amazing how you do not need to tell yourself to blink, to digest, or to function in every day activities. It is amazing how the body heals itself.  Evidence of how wise our God is surrounds us every day of our lives.

Yet so often our God’s wisdom goes unnoticed by us.  And instead all we notice are our problems.  All we focus on is how we don’t know the answer to our problems and so we panic, we stress, and we break down.  It seems as if when we don’t know the answer to our problems we often times completely forget about the “depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!”

We forget about our God’s wisdom.  We forget that his wisdom knows no bounds, it knows no limitations.  We forget that our God is in control of everything in our lives.  And even though our feeble minds cannot grasp the reasons for the things that happen in our lives, we can take comfort in knowing that our God’s wisdom is far beyond our understanding and he always has the answers to our problems.

And those answers are found in Jesus Christ!  It is in him we see God’s wisdom shine its brightest.   It is in him we know we will never be given more than we can bear.  It is in Jesus we see that our earthly troubles are no match for God’s wisdom.   It is in Jesus we find the answer to all of our earthly problems because “he is the way, the truth and the life!”

Daily marveling at God’s wisdom in our lives, just like you!
